How to: Delete the frame but keep the contents.
Solution:
Select the frame and choose 'Remove' from the 'Frame' dialog box.
1) Select the frame by clicking on it once.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Frame'.
3) Click 'Remove Frame'. (The text will remain highlighted.)
